“The global HR function now has access to data from numerous applications. This provides visibility into the end-to-end employee lifecycle and supports business with data-driven decisions. Oracle Analytics and Autonomous Data Warehouse on OCI has enhanced access to our data, while ensuring a continuous focus on privacy and security with far fewer administrative tasks. This equipped us to better empower our people.”
Schneider Electric, with over 150,000 employees in more than 100 countries, provides digital energy and automation solutions for efficiency and sustainability. The company wanted to gain better data insights to advance talent recruitment, development, and retention. This required eliminating manual data gathering, preparing, and reporting. Schneider chose Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) to automate HR processes along with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Autonomous Data Warehouse and Analytics to build an HR data repository and reporting platform. The combined Oracle data and analytics solution embedded with machine learning eliminated 10 hours per week of administration. It automatically generated visual dashboards and reports with extremely fast response time, resulting in an exceptional HR user experience.
