Attendees must use their own badge while at the event. Badges are nontransferable and may not be shared onsite. Any person found to be in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated by event personnel and be asked to leave the conference.

Oracle’s definition of public sector extends beyond (but includes) traditional government agencies and ministries. The definition also includes state-owned entities, such as those in which a government has 30% or more ownership, voting control, and/or the ability to appoint officers or directors. For example, some airlines, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, utilities, energy exploration companies, hospitals, and other businesses may qualify.
While attending our event, you may be invited to additional meetings or meals with Oracle employees or partners. Any business courtesies offered at each of these engagements are in addition to the business courtesies for our main event.
Please consider if the additional courtesies are permissible under your employer’s guidelines. Oracle may require that you acknowledge or seek approval for business courtesy acceptance.
