Getting to CloudWorld Tour Stockholm

There are several transportation options to reach the Hilton Stockholm Slussen:

  • By car: Self parking is available at the venue.
  • By metro: Start at T-Centralen and take the Green Line (T14 or T19). Head towards either Kungsträdgården or Norsborg and get off at Slussenstation. The ride takes about 5-7 minutes. Exit at Slussen. Once you arrive at Slussen, follow the signs to the hotel. The Hilton Slussen is a short walk from the station.
  • By train: From Stockholm Central Station, take the Pendeltåg (commuter train). You can take any train that goes to Sundbyberg or Uppsala but get off at Slussen. The Hilton Slussen is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the station.
  • By taxi: The drop-off point is right at the entrance of the hotel.
  • By air: From the airport, take the Arlanda Express train directly to Stockholm Central Station. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Taxis are available outside the airport terminal. The ride to the hotel takes about 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic.

      Oracle provides a lunch that accommodates a variety of dietary requirements. In Stockholm, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals are all part of standard menu offerings.

    • Who should I contact if I require special assistance onsite?

      If you are a person of determination, you may request special access or assistance during the registration process. We’re committed to offering an inclusive event, but cannot guarantee the ability to fulfill every request.

    • Will I need to wear my badge at CloudWorld Tour Stockholm?

      Yes, you need to wear your conference badge throughout the event. If you lose your badge, it can be reprinted at the registration desk. A government-issued photo ID will be required.

      Completion of registration and payment will generate a registration confirmation receipt email. Oracle does not issue customized documentation to registrants in support of travel to, or attendance at, Oracle events, nor are any individual Oracle employees, contractors, or partners authorized to do so. Registrants are responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all applicable Swedish immigration laws and should consult with their own employer for any required letters to support applications for visas and travel requirements.

    • What security measures does Oracle have in place for CloudWorld Tour Stockholm?

      To ensure all attendees have a safe and enjoyable event, bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats, and other items, which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to search by security personnel. Weapons and illegal non-prescription drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on premises.

      Items intentionally used to cause a distraction or disturbance to our speakers or attendees such as laser pointers, airhorns, megaphone/bullhorns, banners/signage, or items with similar intent are prohibited. Prohibited items discovered during security inspections must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle, hotel room, or discarded. Items will not be held for later pick-up.
