This section includes supplemental terms which may be applicable to your order of NetSuite and OpenAir Cloud Services.

NetSuite Cloud Services: Supplemental Terms and Conditions (f/k/a “NetSuite Cloud Services In-Application Supplemental Terms and Disclaimers”)

Customer may have access to enable and/or use additional features within the NetSuite Cloud Service and may be presented additional terms to accept, within the application, before doing so. This document contains some of the supplemental terms that may be presented to customers to accept. Please note that this document was renamed from “NetSuite Cloud Services In-Application Supplemental Terms and Disclaimers” to the current name in December 2024.

SuiteAnalytics Connect Drivers End User License Agreement. This End User License Agreement specifically covers the use of the ODBC, JDBC and ADO.NET drivers, which are provided for use with the SuiteAnalytics Connect module. SuiteAnalytics Connect is procured by Customer from Oracle pursuant to an Oracle Estimate/Order Form.
