Oracle Accessibility Conformance Report

VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019

Name of Product:

Oracle Patient Recruitment 24.9

Product Description:

Oracle Patient Recruitment enables Life Sciences users to identify patients in clinical trials using data from the Electronic Health Records (EHR) used in their clinical site. This solution is powered by Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) and is available globally.

The Oracle Patient Recruitment product presents a dashboard of studies that are created with details of eligibility criteria. Each study has a list of patients identified utilizing the inclusion and exclusion criteria.  This list is created/updated nightly through an OPR nightly API call.  These API calls pulls medical and demographic details for each patient. The product determines each patient’s percent eligibility match against the study criteria.

Users have the option to receive additional information regarding each patient identified from the list by selecting the patient. Users can change patient statuses as they determine a patient’s ability or willingness to participate in the study.

This ACR does not cover Oracle Health Data Intelligence.
