Choose your path to a successful sales career

Deepa often gets asked why she chose to return to Oracle to grow her technology sales career. Her answer is simple, “There’s no place I’d rather be.”

She reflects on her career at Oracle, and muses about how fortunate she is to be part of teams where her opinions are not only heard, but also valued. As she leads Oracle’s high-growth Human Capital Management business, Deepa is determined to pay it forward. She says, “Team and talent are my most important priorities and I’m passionate about investing in the career growth of my team members.”
