Oracle Accessibility Conformance Report

VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019

Name of Product:

Case Report Forms Submit (CRF Submit) 6.3 (Updated)

Product Description:

The InForm CRF Submit application is an InForm application add-on that you use to create Portable Document Format files (PDFs) from an InForm study. You can use the PDFs created with the CRF Submit application for:

  • Inclusion in submissions to regulatory authorities.
  • Archiving of study data for retention by sponsors and investigative sites.

For each study, the CRF Submit application creates PDF subject casebooks that include:

  • CRFs.
  • Visits.
  • Audit trails (including queries).
  • Comments.
  • Signatures

CRF Submit 6.2 Installs on top of InForm  and Integrates with InForm 4.6.5, 5.5 & 6.0 and above. But it does not deal with InForm UI pages as it Opens in separate Window(page) and all CRF Submit operations that a CRFS user performs is on CRF Submit UI only. CRF Submit Integrates with InForm  at the DB level which is not exposed to end user. CRFS user will not browse anything from InForm UI pages. Also, CRF Submit provides shared services which works with multiple InForm trials.
