The CLI does not have any color selection settings or contrast settings. This is a feature of the underlying choice of window system and manager.

The web-based GUI was tested for:

• Colors can be set by altering the associated style sheet.

CLI: Text display at all sizes is a function of the underlying OS and windowing system.

• Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

• Movement of focus through all control only using the keyboard, with no "keyboard trap" that prevents focus from moving away from any control.

GUI: The product was tested for:

• Session timeout is controlled by the application server. When timeout is impending the user can preempt it by making any gesture or by clicking "OK" on the warning popup dialog.

• There is no moving or blinking text. Output from query commands will scroll on the terminal. Duration is always less than 5 seconds and may be paused or rolled back using terminal capabilities.

GUI:

• There is no moving, blinking text. In rare cases where output exceeds window height it is displayed in panes with scrollbars.
• The polling component is used to poll for interval of 10 seconds on most pages. This polling is used to check if the model data has been modified due to cluster events. In case the model is modified, then only the appropriate data on the current page will be refreshed. This parameter is not configurable.
• Multiple refreshes do not occur.  When the model associated with the current page is changed, then when next poll cycle happens, the current page displayed will be refreshed.

• Input errors caught by validation on an individual screen are flagged with messages that indicate the nature of the error. Errors caught by back end processing of submitted input are indicated by the same error messages returned by the corresponding command in the CLI.

CLI: actions that alter data may be reversed by performing another command to restore the previous configuration. Illegal data submitted to commands is identified and rejected with error messages printed to the terminal.

GUI: Any action that adds, deletes, or alters system data is either preceded by a confirmation or is reversible by performing another action (delete, add, alter) that will restore the system to the original state. To the extent possible, user provided data is verified before submission to perform an action. In cases where pre-submission validation cannot be performed, if the data results in an illegal request the request is rejected with an appropriate error message.

CLI: Markup languages aren't used to generate the user interface.
