Oracle Employment Verification

Oracle uses the services of Emptech’s VerifyFast to allow third parties who require verification of employment and/or income to complete this process online 24/7.

For United States and Canada Verification of Employment Only:

  1. Verifier visits VerifyFast
  2. Verifier follows process to register by selecting commercial verifier or social service verifier
  3. After registration is complete and permissible purpose is confirmed (usually one business day), verifier will enter the following details in the VerifyFast portal:
    - Company Code: 12456
    - Employee’s National Identifier (e.g. Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number)
  4. Verification of Employment is generated

Note: If additional assistance is needed, please contact Ask HR by selecting “Employment Verifications or Third Party Instructions”.

For United States and Canada Verification of Employment with Verification of Income:

Third parties must obtain an Income key directly from the employee for verification of income. Please see below for instructions on obtaining an Employee-Generated Income Key:

  1. Employee visits VerifyFast
  2. Log in as an employee or go through first time login process to access account
    - Company Code: 12456
    - Oracle Email (Employees Only) or Employee ID
  3. Employee generates Income Key by selecting Create Income Key
  4. Income Key information will appear.
  5. Employee provides the following to the verifier:
    - Website: www.verifyfast.com
    - Company Code: 12456
    - Social Security Number
    - Income Key
  6. Verifier visits VerifyFast.
  7. Verifier follows process to register by selecting commercial verifier or social service verifier
  8. After registration is complete and permissible purpose is confirmed (usually one business day), verifier will enter the following details in the VerifyFast portal:
    - Company Code: 12456
    - Employee’s National Identifier (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number)
    - Employee Generated Income Key
  9. Verification of employment and income is immediate!

For International Verifications (Outside US):


For India, Philippines, Singapore, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan Employees Only:

Third Party Instructions for Verification of Employment:

Before proceeding the verifier will need to gather details from the employee / ex-employee being verified if they were a regular / rehire employee -OR- were they part of a merger & acquisition as the verifier will be prompted to select one of the following options (refer to the screenshot below):

Employees/Ex-employees can refer to the table below on how to determine the verification type and advise the verifiers accordingly on the verification type:

Verification Type Which hire date will be reflected?
Regular/Rehire Employees Employee’s hire date with Oracle
Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Employees Employee’s hire date in M&A company recognized by Oracle

*Note: Verifyfast can only extract data from employee's recent/latest employment tenure

Once the verification type is confirmed verifier can follow the steps below to complete the verification:

  1. Visit VerifyFast
  2. Verifier follows process to register by selecting commercial verifier or social service verifier
  3. After registration is complete and permissible purpose is confirmed (usually one business day), verifier will entering the following details in the VerifyFast portal:
    - Company Code: 12456
    - Verification Type
    - Employee’s National Identifier
  4. Verification of Employment is generated

In the event verifier selected the wrong verification type, for all international verifications, the employee/ex-employee needs to log in to Verifyfast to approve the request where they can validate the selection and inform the verifier accordingly where applicable.

For New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Guam, Maldives, and Bangladesh:

Verifyfast Employee ONLY solution is available for Ex-employee to request verification of employment through Verifyfast.

Ex-Employee Instruction:

  1. Visit VerifyFast
  2. I’m an Employee
  3. Company Code: 12456
  4. Follow the prompt
  5. Select “proof of employment”
  6. Identify themselves by entering their email or Employee ID
  7. Select “Retrieve Verification of Employment or Verification Summary”
  8. Select the “verification type”
  9. Provide VOE to Requestor (with watermark)

For the Other JAPAC Countries outside Verifyfast, submit a request in Ask HR by selecting “Employment Verifications or Third Party Instructions”.

  1. Visit VerifyFast
  2. I’m an Employee
  3. Company Code: 12456
  4. Follow the prompt
