Primavera Unifier with NEC4 configuration

The Oracle Primavera Unifier NEC4 contract management solution, built on the new Unifier Accelerator base configuration, helps organisations manage a single contract or quickly scale to handle multiple contracts for managing projects or a full portfolio of works. The solution provides a full suite of pre-configured forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports to manage multiple communication types, contractual response times, and change management processes.

Primavera Unifier NEC4 templates and clause library

Gain access to standardised NEC4 contract templates for ECC, ECSC, PSC, PSSC, TSC and TSSC. A pre-configured clause library with relevant clauses and response times for each workflow can be amended via the admin section on a contract-by-contract basis to reflect any amendments to the standard contracts.

Contract cost sheet

Each NEC4 contract includes its own configurable cost sheet to allocate costs from the Activity Schedule, BoQ, Compensation Events, Proposals, Task Orders and Payments.

Allocate costs from workflows to the cost breakdown structure (CBS) and trace back every cost to its source.

Preconfigured dashboards driven by the contract cost sheet provide at-a-glance status of prices and payments, including adjustments from initial contract prices in any specified category within the CBS.

Dashboards and reporting

Primavera Unifier with NEC4 Configuration, built on the new Unifier Accelerator base, contains 400+ out-of-the-box, real-time dashboards and reports including outstanding actions for each party, detailed contract cost breakdowns, as well as overviews of early warnings and compensation events.

Cost rollup

Costs from the contract cost sheet will automatically roll up to the parent project within Primavera Unifier.

PDF creation and storage

PDF copies of contract communications are automatically generated and stored in the appropriate folders in the contract document storage within Primavera Unifier.

Styling of PDFs can be changed for each NEC4 communication.

PDF communications as well as associated attachments can be bulk downloaded for archiving.

Early warnings and action management

Notify parties of early warnings with actions logged and tracked to mitigate impact to time, cost, and quality.

Instructions and compensation events

Manage compensation events from notification to implementation with full traceability and audit capability. Manage change via NEC4-compliant workflows with built-in clause validation and auto calculated reply-times.

Detailed cost breakdown for quotations and assessments

Capture detailed cost breakdowns for quotations, assessments and proposals with built-in workflows to allocate the costs back to the appropriate cost breakdown structure (CBS) in the contract cost sheet.

Payment management

Leverage detailed payment applications against the activity schedule or bill of quantities (BoQ), which is broken down by cost breakdown structure (CBS). Full payment workflows include application to certification with downloadable PDF certificate.

Programs and submissions

Use dedicated workflows to submit programs and submissions for acceptance.

Programs capture planned completion for the whole of the works as well as key and sectional completion dates.

Quality management

Use the Primavera Unifier mobile application with built-in barcode scanning and geolocation to capture site inspections, tests, and defects directly in the field.
