It does not apply to any versions of Oracle Fusion Lead Management after this. Oracle Fusion Applications are a suite of web-based enterprise software business products. Oracle Fusion Lead Management functionality is integrated with Oracle Fusion Marketing and Oracle Fusion Sales applications and facilitates management of the entire lifecycle of Sales Leads. Marketing Operations can employ Leads Import process to efficiently capture leads from disparate sources where data quality checks and validations are applied to maintain data quality and integrity. Marketing augments leads data with valuable marketing and customer insight to help sales convert leads easily and effectively. Leads Processing feature leverages Assignment Manager to score, and rank leads. Sales Territory definition is used to distribute leads to the right sales channels and right sales representatives. Lead Qualification process facilitates business processes where inside sales representatives help qualify leads before sending them to the field sales. Leads Follow Up process allows the field sales to quickly assess leads, and convert to opportunities for closure. And finally, Leads Monitoring process allows Marketing Operations to ensure timely follow up of leads and to prune and maintain a healthy pipeline.
