602.2 Accessibility and Compatibility FeaturesNot Supported

Glassfish 5.0 documentation (like release notes etc) currently is available only in PDF format. We have a bug# 26747076 to move it to web format (most likely to Github) in future release.

However, the document Javadoc for the current version is released on GitHub with the following bugs:

  • Search field has missing accessibility label that would be read by screen reader. Bug# 26387313 tracks the same.
  • Search and Wait labels lack sufficient color contrast. Bug# 26387380 tracks the same.

The JavaEE and Glassfish content is dependant on the accessibility features of GitHub. See https://government.github.com/accessibility/

There is no document about the accessibility feature of the Glassfish 5.0. The bug 26793045 tracks the same.

602.3 Scope - Incorporation of WCAG 2.0 AASupportsSee the responses in the WCAG 2.0 section of this report.
