Oracle Monetization Cloud combines the power of Oracle’s market-leading billing and revenue management solution with the simplicity, elasticity and security of Oracle Cloud. This dedicated cloud billing service offers powerful pricing, discounting, account management, financial and revenue management, rating, and usage processing across any combination of measurable metrics, including time, events, downloads, transactions, and volume. Oracle Monetization Cloud provides the complete end-to-end solution for managing revenue, supporting the key business processes of generation, capture, collection, and analysis of revenue. In addition to the above features, we provide integration options like SOAP web services API and Restful API for in-bound integration and Restful API for outbound integration. For service operations needs, we provide hosting, monitoring, daily operations and upgrades support as part of our service. Our customers will interact with our service via the following user interfaces.

This product uses version 12.0.1 of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management. This VPAT covers that product to the extent that the documentation is applicable to this product and OMC customers do not interact or access Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management 12.0.1 directly. It is only used as a backend processing engine for OMC service. There is no line item for this product listed in our price list as functionalities are included as part of OMC service. We have listed this product in section 2-7 for reference.
This product uses Oracle Identity Management Cloud Service for managing access to OMC service and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for managing invoicing and reporting tasks. UIs provided in service will be used by OMC customers to interact with OMC service. There is no line item for these products listed in our price list as functionalities are included as part of OMC service. We have listed these products in section 2-7 for reference.
This VPAT applies to only version 19B. It does not apply to any versions of Oracle Monetization Cloud after this.
