Why Oracle?
Oracle Unity ingests all data to create a complete and consistent customer profile that can be shared across marketing, sales, service, commerce, and beyond.
Create and manage the data objects and attributes within your data model and link them together using relationships. You can move data objects to other groups at any time. Data object groups include:
- Profile: Related to a customer
- Behavioral: Related to customer actions
- Transactional: Related to customer transactions
- Product: Related to product catalogs
- Other: Those that don’t belong to other object groups
Now that you’ve selected your data model, you can ingest all relevant data from both internal and external sources.

Why Oracle?
Unified data helps you remove silos and apply intelligence to personalize each stage of the customer journey.
Stream behavioral data from your website, mobile apps, or IoT devices to Unity in real-time.
Create ‘Sources’ to import customer data into the data model. Source connections help you authenticate your first, second, and third-party systems, set times for ingestion runs, and manage data ingestion throughput. Here you see a list of sample data sources.

Let’s create a new data source.
