Changing the configuration directory

To change the configuration (config) directory used by an OEDQ server:

1. Select Configuration Directory Setup within the Server Configuration pages.

2. Specify a new path to the configuration directory on the server:

If the specified directory does not exist, it will be created with a default configuration. You will then need to copy over or edit the files in the directory in order to customize the configuration - for example to copy over files to the landing area, or to copy over extensions.

If the specified directory exists but does not contain the appropriate files, you will need to copy over the contents of your current config directory to the new location before changing the path.

You will need to restart the OEDQ Application Server in order to complete the change of configuration directory.
