General Notes: This platform has been tested on two different Solaris releases with different hardware configurations.
The first configuration was tested on Solaris 10 8/07 with patch128397-02 installed. Hardware configuration:
CPU: 2 Intel Xeon X5355 2.66Ghz
BIOS: IBM1.06
Driver information: download Solaris 10 patch 128397-02 for Broadcom NetXtreme II 5708S ethernet controller from https://support.oracle.com
Installation requirement for network install:
Apply patch 128397-02 to miniroot of Install server to enable PXE boot and install.
The system is tested with the following network adapters:
IBM 39Y6066
IBM 39Y6098

The second configuration was tested on Solaris 10 5/08 with the following hardware with no patches:
CPU: 2 Intel Xeon x5460 3.16Ghz
BIOS:IBM1.09
The system is tested with the following network adapters:
IBM 39Y6093
IBM 39Y6079
IBM 39Y6066
IBM 39Y6136
