At Solaris installation one can use a ITU image made available by Broadcom's driver download. One may also remove the existing bnx package after Solaris is installed and pkgadd Broadcom's driver.

Issue a pkgrm of the bnx package prior to using the ITU. A updated ITU image should be made available for download by Broadcom in the near future which addresses this issue.
