Set up your account
1Request a trial subscription



Sign in to cloud.oracle.com. Don't have an oracle.com account? Click here to sign up.

Request a trial. When approved, you will get an activation email titled:
Welcome to Oracle Cloud. Activate your trial.
2Activate your trial


Click Activate My Trial in the welcome email.

You will then get an activation email titled:
Welcome to Oracle Cloud. Your trial is ready.
Set up your service
3Set up your security


Click the Go to Documents link in the "Your trial is ready" email.

Sign in using the details provided in the email, then change your password and set up security when prompted.
4Configure service settings


Sign in to Oracle Documents Cloud Service using the link in the activation email.

Click your username at the top right corner and click Administration.

Change configuration settings on the System-Wide Settings page, such as user quota, upload restrictions, etc.
5Add or import users


Sign in to My Services.

Click Users > Users.

Click Add to add a new user.
or
Click Import to add multiple users.
6Assign roles to users


Sign in to My Services.

Click Users > Users.

Click the button next to the user account name and click Manage
Roles.
