When creating a custom lead score report in Insight, Lead Scores that have no contacts will now show a 0 in the Total Contacts column.
Oracle Maxymiser Integration App
An Oracle Maxymiser Integration app will be available shortly after the 21C update. Using this app, you will be able to send attributes from Oracle Eloqua contacts to Maxymiser to be used for personalizing web pages. This data flow is performed via an Eloqua campaign step, allowing a connected journey and consistent experience from email to website.
IMPORTANT: This feature will be released under our Controlled Availability program. To request access to this feature, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request.
In the Contacts user interface, the report that displays the history of contacts' scores from the selected scoring model will now show data for last 365 days instead of 750 days.
Blind Form Submit URL Shortening
When saving an email with a blind form submit (BFS) link, a unique key is added in place of listing all parameters in the URL. This unique key helps to prevent the possibility of personally identifiable information (PII) being disclosed through the URL parameters. Currently this feature is optionally available, but we do recommend all of our customers considering enabling this at the earliest opportunity.
IMPORTANT: This feature is optionally available to all customers. To request access to this feature, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request.
Chrome 91 and Firefox 89 are the A (Best Choice) browsers for Oracle Eloqua.
SSL Certificate Details Displayed
A new Certification Management option will be available shortly after the 21C update. This screen will allow you to view details and expiry dates for the certificates that you own. You will notice a column titled Eloqua Owned. This is part of a planned enhancement in a future release to secure new domains with Eloqua owned certificates.
Notification Call Improvement: When there is no response to the Notification URL call from the App, Eloqua will now retry the Notification URL call over approximately an eight-hour period of time instead of failing after one attempt
Content Service Improvement: Eloqua will now set records to error as soon as errors occur, instead of waiting 24 hours.
Asynchronous Form Processing via API is now available for the Create form data a single form endpoints.
Import Improvement: When the External Id, e.g. ContactIDExt, is used as the identifier field, the Bulk API will extract and match on the indexed ID.
Export Improvement: Adding an improved retry strategy to cover a wider variety of failures that can occur during Bulk API exports.
More detailed 401 responses are now available when authenticating with OAuth 2.0:

- error: the name of the error type
- error_code: the numeric value uniquely identifying the type of error
- error_description: provides details on the error
- Errors have been divided into categories indicated by the 1000s digit of the error_code according to the following:
