Column Definitions:
Report = New or modified, Oracle-delivered, ready to run reports.
UI or Process-Based: Small Scale = These UI or process-based features are typically comprised of minor field, validation, or program changes. Therefore, the potential impact to users is minimal.
UI or Process-Based: Larger Scale* = These UI or process-based features have more complex designs. Therefore, the potential impact to users is higher.
Features Delivered Disabled = Action is needed BEFORE these features can be used by END USERS. These features are delivered disabled and you choose if and when to enable them. For example, a) new or expanded BI subject areas need to first be incorporated into reports, b) Integration is required to utilize new web services, or c) features must be assigned to user roles before they can be accessed.
Ready for Use by End Users Reports plus Small Scale UI or Process-Based new features will have minimal user impact after an update. Therefore, customer acceptance testing should focus on the Larger Scale UI or Process-Based* new features. |
Customer Must Take Action before Use by End Users Not disruptive as action is required to make these features ready to use. As you selectively choose to leverage, you set your test and roll out timing. |

Infinity Behavioral Intelligence
A common Content Delivery Network (CDN) across Oracle Infinity and Oracle Maxymiser now streamlines server requests and administration.
A common CDN helps avoid end-user experience complications like blocking (due to classification on a tracking blocklist) or extra latency from multiple SSL handshakes.

The Data Collection app now enables you to administer the Recommendations module.
The Data Collection app now helps you to improve your agility in the administration of the Recommendations module. It delivers an integrated experience by supporting integration with other Oracle Marketing products such as Oracle Infinity and Oracle Maxymiser, with a similar user experience. This new experience helps you configure the Recommendations module independent of the other modules in the tag, while retaining the capability to jointly deploy an integrated tag with a single line of code.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Key Resources
SDK updates are compatible with iOS 15 and Android 12.
Updated SDK modules allow developers to stay current with iOS and Android platforms while also allowing flexibility to drive cross-support for iPads on iPadOS.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
You can now predict the likelihood of visitors exhibiting specific behaviors, and then take action on predicted behaviors, in the moment, to affect conversion rates or objectives. The Oracle Infinity Predictions model will train itself to predict the probability or likelihood that a visitor or customer will exhibit specific behaviors within the next five clicks. The Predictions model is trained specifically on historical data collected in your Oracle Infinity account. Once trained, the model can run against live data streaming through Oracle Infinity's data pipeline and insert probability scores that reflect the likelihood of a behavior occurring.
This then enables Oracle Infinity to take action based on not only what is happening in the moment but also on what is predicted to happen, so that you can affect outcomes and increase the chances of your customers reaching a desired result.
Steps to Enable
You must have Oracle Infinity IQ to use this feature.
Actions Usability Enhancements
The following usability enhancements of Actions are now available:
- You can now search the list of filter parameters in an action.
- You can now sort and filter the list of actions by connection type.
- You can now view who created or last modified an action.
These enhancements improve your overall experience of viewing and configuring actions.
Steps to Enable

Error History for Actions and Connections
You can now view a history of error messages for actions and connections.
When viewing the details of an action or connection, you can now click the History tab to view a log of error messages from the past 30 days. If an action is unable to connect or deliver data to its destination, an error will result, and you can view the specific error message to learn whether you need to take further action or if the cause of the error will resolve itself.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Actions now provides a real-time count of events that are successfully delivered to a destination configured in your action.
This counter provides immediate indication of action volume and health, and it continues to increment in real time over the life of the action.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
