Column Definitions:
Report = New or modified, Oracle-delivered, ready to run reports.
UI or Process-Based: Small Scale = These UI or process-based features are typically comprised of minor field, validation, or program changes. Therefore, the potential impact to users is minimal.
UI or Process-Based: Larger Scale* = These UI or process-based features have more complex designs. Therefore, the potential impact to users is higher.
Features Delivered Disabled = Action is needed BEFORE these features can be used by END USERS. These features are delivered disabled and you choose if and when to enable them. For example, a) new or expanded BI subject areas need to first be incorporated into reports, b) Integration is required to utilize new web services, or c) features must be assigned to user roles before they can be accessed.
Ready for Use by End Users Reports plus Small Scale UI or Process-Based new features will have minimal user impact after an update. Therefore, customer acceptance testing should focus on the Larger Scale UI or Process-Based* new features. |

Infinity Behavioral Intelligence
Element Visibility Tracking in Web Pages
The CX Tag's element visibility tracking capability now triggers an event to track visitor behavior when a specific element in a web page is displayed in the browser's viewport.
An element in a web page is typically visible in the viewport when any of the following occur:
- A page loads
- A visitor scrolls the web page
- A browser tab has moved to the foreground
- A DOM is introduced in the middle of a page and it moves the configured element to the viewport
This enhancement allows you to enable capabilities to improve user engagement, such as re-targeting, recommendations, and so on.

Enhancements to Visual Editor in Recommendations for Responsys Emails
If you have access to both Oracle Responsys and Oracle Infinity IQ/ Marketing Recommendations, you can now do the following:
- Leverage an enhanced "what you see is what you get" visual editor to configure the layout visually and access code level support.
- Use a dedicated layout for adding "On Sale" items within email recommendations.
This enhancement allows you to leverage the visual editor to configure email recommendations efficiently and quickly. A dedicated layout for adding "On Sale" items within email recommendations ensures that they stand out more, which helps drive up conversion and engagement.

Inventory Upload Enhancements for Recommendations
You now have greater flexibility for setting up inventory and configuring where to collect inventory:
- SSH Key authentication is supported. This is in addition to SFTP location with username and password.
- Inventory update can occur with a full overwrite every time the inventory is ingested to Recommendations.
This enhancement gives you:
- Additional forms of security for accessing inventory.
- Flexibility to choose different inventory upload mechanisms.

Configure Connections and Actions for Oracle Eloqua
Configure a connection from Oracle Infinity to your instance of Oracle Eloqua. The connection can then be used in an Action. When the rules of the Action are identified in real-time, relevant Oracle Infinity data can be delivered to Oracle Eloqua for personalization and retargeting.
The Infinity Connections feature allows you to do the following:
- Easily connect Oracle Infinity to Oracle Eloqua.
- Enable the Actions feature in Oracle Infinity to listen for real-time behavioral events, and when these conditions are met, Infinity behavioral data is delivered to Oracle Eloqua for use in campaigns.
- Use Infinity data in Eloqua campaigns for personalization, re-targeting, and tailoring your customers' experience with relevant content and messaging.

Configure Webhook Connections and Use Them in Actions
Configure a connection from Oracle Infinity to a third party system using Webhook. The Webhook connection can then be used in an Action. When the rules of the Action are identified in real-time, Infinity can deliver relevant behavioral data to your third-party system.
The Infinity Connections feature allows you to do the following:
- Easily connect Oracle Infinity to your third party solutions using a Webhook connection.
- Enable the Actions feature in Oracle Infinity to listen for real-time behavioral events, and when these conditions are met, Infinity can deliver relevant behavioral data to your third-party system via Webhook.
