Column Definitions:
Report = New or modified, Oracle-delivered, ready to run reports.
UI or Process-Based: Small Scale = These UI or process-based features are typically comprised of minor field, validation, or program changes. Therefore, the potential impact to users is minimal.
UI or Process-Based: Larger Scale* = These UI or process-based features have more complex designs. Therefore, the potential impact to users is higher.
Features Delivered Disabled = Action is needed BEFORE these features can be used by END USERS. These features are delivered disabled and you choose if and when to enable them. For example, a) new or expanded BI subject areas need to first be incorporated into reports, b) Integration is required to utilize new web services, or c) features must be assigned to user roles before they can be accessed.
Ready for Use by End Users Reports plus Small Scale UI or Process-Based new features will have minimal user impact after an update. Therefore, customer acceptance testing should focus on the Larger Scale UI or Process-Based* new features. |
Customer Must Take Action before Use by End Users Not disruptive as action is required to make these features ready to use. As you selectively choose to leverage, you set your test and roll out timing. |

Infinity Behavioral Intelligence
Multiple Recommendations Workspaces
You can now set up multiple Recommendations workspaces in a single Oracle Infinity account.
Setting up multiple Recommendations workspaces allows you to manage multiple sites and brands more effectively.
- If you have multiple sites across locales, you can use a different inventory file for each site.
- If you have multiple brands in your portfolio, you can use a different inventory file and service API for each brand.
Steps to Enable
To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).

This feature is available to Marketers.
Recommendations Workspace Settings
You can now define the additional settings of Price Format and Fallback Model at the workspace level.
These additional workspace settings provide the following benefits:
- The Fallback Model setting generates recommendations if the model defined at the campaign level does not return enough recommendations due to strict filters or lack of model data.
- Defining the Price Format setting for a workspace eliminates the need to define a price format for individual web and email campaigns.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Configure Connections and Actions for Responsys Trigger REI Event Tables
It is now possible to send Oracle Infinity data to Responsys Trigger REI Event tables using the new Connections and Actions features. When configuring a connection to Responsys, you can choose to add a Trigger REI Event table as your final destination for data delivery. After you have added a Trigger REI Event destination to your Responsys connection, it is then available for use in an action. You'll enable your action and when its rules are met, Oracle Infinity will trigger the delivery of behavioral data to your Responsys Trigger REI Event table.
The Infinity Connections feature enables the configuration of system-to-system connections, so that Oracle Infinity can easily connect to your Oracle CX Marketing solutions, such as Oracle Responsys.
The Infinity Actions feature enables you to configure a set of rules—that is, behaviors and filters—that the Oracle Infinity platform will listen for in real-time; when these rules are identified in the moment, Oracle Infinity can then deliver behavioral data to your designated action system, such as Oracle Responsys.
This enhancement enables Oracle Infinity to connect to Trigger REI Event tables you have configured in your instance of Oracle Responsys, and it allows Oracle Infinity data to be triggered and populated into your Oracle Responsys Trigger REI Event tables in real-time for retargeting and personalization.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Key Resources
Intelligent User Attributes provide ready-to-use attributes that are aggregated based on a user's digital behavior, making it easy to keep track of things such as session count, customer lifetime value, average order value, visit count, and initial source of referral. These attributes can then be used for decisioning and payload augmentation.
Intelligent User Attributes provide the following benefits:
- Allow customers to benefit from user-level aggregations that can be used cross-session and cross-device
- Unlike regular user attributes, they don't require changes to existing data collection
- Keep track of user behavior by observing Infinity's stream of events
- They are defined on an account, with both ready-to-use and custom definitions
