Up to 10 synonyms are delivered for the most frequently used quick actions and can be modified by each customer. Also now search for any commonly used actions from global search. When an action is available from multiple home page tabs (for example, Me, My Team, My Client Groups), the tab name is appended to the action. This helps the user know which version of the action to select depending on who they want to take the action on. For example, a user who is a line manager and an HR specialist may be able Promote direct reports and employees in their HR area of responsibility. When searching for Promote, two actions are returned - Promote - My Team and Promote - My Client Groups. After selecting the appropriate action, you can search for the person to promote.
