Opportunity Market Place

Opportunity Marketplace for Gigs

Recruiting

Recruiting

Oracle Recruiting Cloud provides tools for hiring managers and recruiters to source and nurture candidates, create and manage job requisitions, screen and select candidates, create and manage job offers, and onboard new employees into the organization. It also provides career sites for employees and external candidates to search, discover and apply to jobs using a frictionless application process.

Opportunity Market Place

Opportunity Marketplace for Gigs

Use the new Opportunity Marketplace for Gigs to allow internal users and employees to browse through the list of temporary opportunities (Gigs) posted across the organization.

With this feature you can:

  • Let Gig managers create new temporary opportunities (gigs) and publish
  • Associate related skills with gigs as needed
  • Let users search and filter through gigs to find relevant ones to apply to
  • View your list of gig applications and their current status
  • Gain the new skills on completion of the gig if skills center is configured
  • Share gigs with other users
  • As Gig manager view the applicants and their details for a particular gig
  • View how the applicants skills stack against the skills associated with the gig
  • Assign gig to the selected applicants and complete the gig once the gig activities are performed

Opportunity Marketplace primarily will have two user personas:

  • Gig Manager - people in the organization who create gigs. Gig creators create opportunities, update them, review applicants, select and assign candidates to them, and close the opportunities.
  • Gig Seekers - people searching for opportunities. Gig seekers can browse Opportunity Marketplace for gigs, can view the details, bookmark the gigs, and apply for them.

Once enabled the Opportunity Marketplace landing page can be located in two places:

  • Me > Quick Actions > Show More > Opportunity Marketplace. Use the quick link called Opportunity Marketplace, which is part of the user personal profile dashboard.

  • Me > Opportunity Marketplace

Opportunity Marketplace Dashboard

On the dashboard you will see the following:

  • Recommended: Opportunity Marketplace recommends gigs for users that match their candidate preferences, such as location, recently applied for gigs, and recently favorite gigs and the skills in the applicants public profile if skills center is configured. The recommendations display on the top of the list.
  • Trending: The most favorite gigs (favorite by more than 5 users) within the last few days are presented as trending.
  • Favorites: Gigs the user has shortlisted by book marking them. Users can remove gigs from favorites at any time.

Opportunity Marketplace lets organizations and employees connect to ensure that organizations are getting the most out of their talent. it also gives employees the ability to work on stretch assignments to help them leverage and grow their skills as well as grow their network.

Steps to Enable

The following are required before you can configure Opportunity Marketplace:

  • Enable Oracle Cloud Recruiting or Talent Modules - Opportunity Marketplace can be enabled along with Oracle Fusion HCM. Opportunity marketplace requires either Oracle Recruitment Cloud or Oracle Talent Cloud to get this offering for free.

Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information Page Adjustments

The Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information page, available in the Setup and Maintenance work area, have been redesigned.

Sections were created to better organize features or functional areas. Each section has its own buttons to edit, save, and cancel the info.

Redesigned Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information Page

With this enhancement, changes to configuration are done at the section level for each feature instead of at the page level, which is less prone to errors. This new design also facilitates the addition of configuration for new features.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Candidate Experience

New Sorting Selector for Job Search Results

Allow external candidates to easily sort the job search results list on career sites with the new sorting selector.

Sort By Selector

The selector is now tied to the search results list on sites using Minimal Template.

This feature enhances the job search experience by providing better access to the job search results sorting selector.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

For existing Candidate Experience sites, the sorting selector component will use theme colors.

Redesigned Filtering Panel

Give external candidates easy access to search filters with the enhanced filtering panel. All filters are now visible by default for sites using the Minimal Template. The filters display sequence for default filter categories is now configurable.

NOTE: For existing candidate experience sites, theme colors will be used for the new component's styling.

Enhanced Filtering Panel

Click a filter category to open a drop-down list of filters. Notice that when you select filters from the drop-down lists, a count displays at the top to let you know how many selectors you are using. In the example below, the user selected United States and Canada for Locations, so the count is 2.

Filter Counter

The vertical version of the panel has also been enhanced to show the filter counts. The vertical layout is also now used for the mobile version of the application.

Mobile Version Displays Counts

This feature enhances the job search experience by providing better access to the job search results filters.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Open job counts don't match location counts, because career sites count location occurrences, not requisitions.

Search for Filter Values

Allow external candidates to use any of the available filter values to narrow down the job search results list on external career sites using the Minimal Template. If more than 10 values are available for a filter, a keyword search box is displayed that enables users to look for additional values.

Keyword Search Box

When you begin typing, available values are suggested.

Search for Additional Filters

When you select a filter that you searched for, it displays in the list.

Selected Filter Displays in the List

This enhancement provides a consistent search experience for candidates so they can easily find jobs to apply to.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

  • The search box only displays for filter categories that have more than 10 filters.
  • The search box is only available for the standard categories, and not custom DFF filter categories.

Candidates and Candidate Job Applications

Attachment Preview in Candidate Profiles

You can now preview attachments such as resumes, cover letters, and miscellaneous documents while you’re viewing candidate profiles, prospect records, and candidates in candidate pools.

Let’s say you want to preview attachments in a prospect record.

  1. Open the prospect record.
  2. Click the Attachments tab.
  3. In the Supporting Documents section, in the View menu, select the Preview option and the file you want to preview.

Preview of a Resume Attached to a Prospect Record

This enhancement provides increased efficiency to users and saves time.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Candidate Count in Location Filter on Search Result List

Take note that the location filter on search results now displays counts that also include the children of the element.

Candidate Count with Child Locations

For example, if a candidate selects Canada for the location filter, the search results now include the child locations of Canada, such as Richmond, BC, or Quebec City.

This feature allows a user to easily identify a group of candidates that reside in a country or region. This may help to identify candidates who might otherwise not appear in the search results if filtering only on major urban centers.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Grid View in Search Results List

Optimize your candidate search results list with an expanded and configurable data set displayed in the list view, including a Resume Preview link.

Grid View is Now Available for Candidate Search

This feature allows users to be more efficient and productive in evaluating and comparing candidates from the list view.

Steps to Enable

Refer to the topic called "Enable the Job Application Grid View" in the Implementing Recruiting guide for instructions on enabling Grid View.

Tips And Considerations

Users who have the privileges to create or manage grid view for the job application list will now be able to do so for the search results list.

Job Application Grid View Enhancements

The Job Application Grid View feature is now enabled by default to all users and it’s the default user experience.

When you access the Job Applications list, the Summary view is displayed by default.

Default Summary View

As in the previous update, if you have the Personalize Candidate Job Application Lists privilege, you can use the Manage Views action to create job application views or edit existing ones. You can now add these new fields in the grid view:

  • Candidate Email Address: When you click the email address, it opens the email automatically. You need the privilege View Person Email for Recruiting Data to view the field.
  • Candidate Phone Number: You need the privilege View Person Phone for Recruiting Data to view the field.
  • Job Application Submission Date
  • Person Number: For external candidates, the person number is created during the HR phase. If the person number is not yet available, a blank value appears on the grid view. For internal candidates, the person number is always shown.

NOTE: Candidate Phone Number, Candidate Email Address, and Person Number are available in the Candidate Info category. The Job Application Submission Date is available in the Application Info category.

New Fields for Grid View

As part of this enhancement, qualifier icons for background check screening services have been updated to better support multi-vendor statuses. Also, a new icon has been added for the canceled status.

When you have several grid views, you can use a new action called Manage Global Default Views to define which view will be the global default view for all users, instead of the default Summary view.

Define Global Default View

When users access the Job Applications list, that new global default view is the view selected by default.

Global Default View Selected in the Job Applications List

When you create a personal view, you can set it as your personal default view. This personal default view has precedence over the global default view and is selected by default when you access the Job Applications list.

Action to Set a Personal View as the Default View

This feature facilitates the comparison of candidates by displaying the data that is most relevant and important to users.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Job application grid view is enabled by default. You no longer need to create and configure a profile option to enable grid view as the default view in Job Applications lists. If in the previous update you set the profile option to No, the job application grid view will be displayed by default.

LinkedIn Recommended Matches Improvements

Until now, the LinkedIn Recommended Matches feature was automatically enabled once Recruiting System Connect was enabled. As an administrator, you can now enable and disable the LinkedIn Recommended Matches feature from the Setup and Maintenance work area.

Recommended Matches in Setup and Maintenance

With this enhancement, customers now have better control over enabling the Recommended Matches feature within Recruiting.

Steps to Enable

Follow these steps to enable the LinkedIn Recommended Matches feature.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
  • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
  • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
  • Task: Recruiting Category Provisioning and Configuration
  1. On the Category Provisioning and Configuration page, click the Edit icon next to Profile Import Partners.
  2. In the Recommended Matches section, select the Active option.
  3. Click Save.

Prevent to Automatically Withdraw Other Job Applications Upon Move to HR

You can now keep active job applications of a candidate after the candidate is moved to the HR phase.

Your administrator can enable the new setting When candidate accepts an offer, automatically withdraw all other active job applications. By default, this setting is enabled to keep the same behavior as in prior updates.

New Offer Setting

With this enhancement, candidates who are seeking multiple part-time jobs remain considered for additional jobs.

Steps to Enable

If you don’t want to automatically withdraw active job applications, you need to disable the setting.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
    • Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
  2. On the Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information page, expand the Offer section and click Edit.
  3. Clear the option When candidate accepts an offer, automatically withdraw all other active  job applications.
  4. Click Save.

Candidate Interviews

Interview Feedback Scoring and Ratings

You can now take advantage of the existing questionnaire scoring capabilities to capture and display interview feedback scores on job applications. When you want to collect feedback regarding the interview of a candidate, you can select feedback questionnaires that contain questions that are scored. While you define the details for collecting feedback, a new option called Request Rating from Respondent is available. When you enable this option, a new Rating section is available in the questionnaire, and respondents provide a rating while completing the interview feedback questionnaire.

Request Rating from Respondent Option

Rating Section in a Feedback Questionnaire

Once feedback respondents have submitted feedback questionnaires (the request status is Completed), the Feedback Requests section displays individual score and rating provided by each respondent for each questionnaire.

Score and rating for Completed Feedback Questionnaire

Also, the new Scores and Ratings section shows the average score and rating provided so far by respondents for each questionnaire attached to the interview feedback request.

Scores and Ratings Section

The Key Highlights section in the job application Details tab displays the overall rating for all feedback questionnaires and respondents.

Feedback Rating in the Key Highlights Section

Configure Grid View with Interview Feedback Fields

If you were assigned the Personalize Candidate Job Application Lists privilege, you can access the Manage Views page available in the View menu of the Job Applications list. From there, you can configure interview feedback fields to appear in the job application grid view.

A new category is available: Feedback Questionnaire

These fields are available for this category:

  • Recent Feedback Average
  • Recent Feedback
  • Overall Feedback Rating

Feedback Questionnaire Category

Job Application Grid View with Feedback Questionnaire Columns

If you were assigned the Manage Candidate Job Application Lists privilege, you can select the action Manage Compound Fields in the Manage Views page to create compounds fields for feedback questionnaire and to display these compounds fields in the grid view.

You can use the new Feedback Questionnaire category. These fields are available to create compound fields:

  • Interview Feedback Questionnaire Average Score
  • Interview Feedback Questionnaire Maximum Score
  • Interview Feedback Questionnaire Name
  • Interview Feedback Questionnaire Respondents Count
  • Interview Feedback Questionnaire Respondent Name
  • Interview Feedback Questionnaire Score

Creating a Compound Field for Feedback Questionnaire

Feedback Questionnaires Filter

A new advanced filter called Feedback Questionnaires is available to filter the average score for a questionnaire. When you select a questionnaire, you define the minimum and maximum scores. When you apply the filter, job applications whose average score is between the minimum and maximum scores are displayed.

NOTE: To view the new Feedback Questionnaires advanced filter, Oracle Search must be enabled. Also, job applications must be configured with interview feedback questionnaires.

Link to the Advanced Filters

Feedback Questionnaires Advanced Filter

With this feature, you can easily find top candidates to advance in the selection process.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Interview feedback questionnaires must be configured with the scoring capability.

If you don't want to collect feedback ratings, you can hide the option in the Collect Feedback action using Page Composer.

Interview Management Enhancements

Some enhancements have been made to the interview scheduling functionality:

  • When an interviewer is scheduled for an interview, any existing unscheduled time slots during that period for that interviewer are removed from interview schedules automatically.
  • When you are scheduling interviews on behalf of candidates, you are notified if an interview is already scheduled for the interviewer during that time and prompted to select a new time or new interviewer.
  • Candidate managed schedules no longer need to be published manually. Users can proceed with slot creation once they've created the interview schedule.

With these enhancements, there are less double-booking of interviewers, and users save time when managing candidate managed interview schedules.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Microsoft Teams Meetings in Interview Scheduling

You can now generate Microsoft Teams meeting links in candidate managed interview slots when the Microsoft 365 integration is configured in interview scheduling.

When you create interview slots for a candidate-managed interview schedule or create an interview on a candidate-managed interview schedule, you can select a new option called Use Teams Integration. This option is available for interviews with a Web Conference format.

NOTE: The Phone, Web Conference Link , and Access Code fields are disabled when you select the Use Teams Integration option.

You also need to select a meeting host who is either the interview organizer or part of the list of interviewers.

Use Teams Integration Option

When candidates schedule their own interviews or interviews are scheduled on behalf of candidates on candidate-managed schedules, the Teams meeting link is generated and available to candidates and interviewers. The Teams info is included in the Office 365 event sent to interviewers' calendars and in candidate notifications.

Example of a Notification with Link to Teams Meeting

Interviewer's Calendar with Link to Teams Meeting

With this feature, you no longer need to manually copy and paste web conference details into each interview slot or interview.

Steps to Enable

You need to enable Teams integration in the Setup and Maintenance work area.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
    • Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
  2. On the Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information page, expand the Microsoft Graph Integration section.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select the option Enable Teams.
  5. Click Validate Integration to ensure the integration is configured correctly.
  6. Click Save.

Tips And Considerations

  • The meeting link is unique per interview.
  • Teams phone dial in information is not included in notifications sent to candidates, only the web conference URL is provided.

Candidate Pools

Returning to Pool Member List Preserves Pagination, Filters, and Selections

Retain the prior view when reverting back to the pool member list after opening a candidate profile. This means you can use the Show More link to expand information, apply filters, or select candidates for bulk actions, and if you navigate away from the page by opening a candidate profile, when you return to the page, all of your previous selections are still applied.

This enhancement allows users to be more efficient and productive when navigating search results lists.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Job Offers

Configure Collaborator Types Defaulted in Job Offers

As an administrator, you can now configure which collaborator types must be defaulted into the offer team for job offers in addition to the hiring manager and recruiter. You can select collaborator types from the job requisitions' hiring team. Options include all collaborator types, specific collaborator types or no collaborator types.

New Setting Called Requisition Collaborators Added to Offers

When users create a job offer and the Offer team is defaulted from the job requisition:

  • The hiring manager and recruiter are defaulted from the requisition. This is the current behavior.
  • Users who are part of one of the selected collaborator types of the requisition are defaulted into the job offer’s offer team, into the same collaborator type.

With this feature, you have more control over the collaborator types of a job offer’s offer team.

Steps to Enable

To enable this feature, you need to configure a new setting called Requisition Collaborators Added to Offers.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
    • Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
  2. On the Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information page, expand the Offer section to see the available settings.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Configure the Requisition Collaborators Added to Offers setting. You can select:
  • All collaborator types. This is the default value to preserve the current behavior for existing customers.
  • Specific collaborator types.
  • None of the collaborator types. No collaborator will be defaulted on the job offer's offer team.
  1. Click Save.

Enforce Visiting Required Sections in Job Offers

As an administrator, when you create or edit rules for the Recruiting – Create and Edit Job Offer action in Transaction Design Studio, you can now define if sections within a job offer must be accessed or not by users. When sections are configured as required, users creating or modifying job offers need to access and open these sections in the offer to be able to save the offer or submit it for approval. If fields within a required section are configured as Required, users won’t be able to leave the section until those required fields are filled.

If users don’t access required sections, an error message is displayed indicating which ones need to be accessed to proceed with the selected action.

This feature enforces users to access job offer sections and complete all required fields before submitting a job offer.

Steps to Enable

Follow these steps to configure which sections in a job offer must be accessed by users.

Merge Candidates with Job Offers

You can now merge candidate files when candidates have more than one active or inactive job offer.

You can merge candidate files:

  • When the candidate is in any phase before the Offer phase.
  • When the candidate is in any state of the Offer phase.
  • When the candidate is in any phase after the Offer phase.

When the beta (external) candidate is in any phase before the Offer phase (No offer created on Job Application 1)

In this scenario, you can click the Check Duplicates action from the job application or candidate search screens to find potential duplicates and merge the records. If there is an active offer (Job Application 2) for the same beta candidate, then a warning message will appear at the time of merge. If you click Continue, the Job Application 2 will be automatically moved to the Rejected by Employer state and the beta (external) candidate will be successfully merged with the alpha record (ex-employee or employee).

When the beta (external) candidate is in the Offer phase or any phase after the Offer phase (Existing job offer on Job Application 1)

You can use the below 2 options to merge the records:

1. Click Check Duplicates action from job application screen to find the potential duplicates

In this option, if there is no other active offer for this beta candidate, a warning message will appear at the time of merge. If you click Continue, then the Job Application 1 will be moved to Rejected by Employer and the beta (external) candidate will be successfully merged with alpha record (ex-employee or employee). You would need to select the Inactive filter to find the job application and then you can redraft the job offer.

If there is an additional active offer (Job Application 2) for the same beta candidate, a warning message will appear at the time of merge. If you click Continue, then both job applications (1 and 2) will be moved to Rejected by Employer and the beta (external) candidate will be successfully merged with alpha record (ex-employee or employee). You would need to navigate to the specific job requisition and select the Inactive filter  to find the job application of the beta candidate which you want to proceed with, and then you can redraft the job offer.

2. Move the beta record to HR phase which automatically triggers post offer duplicate merge process and bring the record to Error in processing state

In this option, if there is an active additional offer (Job Application 2) for the same beta candidate, a warning message will appear at the time of merge. If you click Continue, then only Job Application 2 will be moved to Rejected by Employer and the beta (external) candidate will be successfully merged with alpha record (ex-employee or employee). Once the merge process is complete, you will be directed to the Recreate Job offer screen and will be able to see all the details from beta Job Application 1 offer only if you click continue to revisit all the sections on the job offer page.

With this enhancement, recruiters no longer have to delete job applications with active or inactive job offer, to proceed with the merge.

AI Apps

AI Apps - Enhanced Candidate Recommendation Visibility

Some enhancements were done to the AI Apps Best Candidates and Similar Candidates features. The display of candidates can now be based on the job requisition's language and location. Also, user friendly messages are shown while data is being processed.

Hide Recommendations Based on Requisition Supported Languages

If the job requisition includes non-English languages, the Top Recommendations section in the requisition isn’t displayed. The Recommended sort option on the job applications list is also not displayed.

Your administrator can now define a list of countries for which the Best Candidates and Similar Candidates features are hidden. If the posting location of a job requisition is part of the list of countries defined by your administrator:

  • The Top Recommendations section in the requisition isn’t displayed.
  • When you refine the list of recommended candidates by locations, candidates located in the countries defined by your administrator won’t show up in the list of recommended candidates.
  • The Similar Candidates tab in candidate profiles, prospect records, and candidate pool members isn’t displayed.

New Messages

Messages are now displayed to provide more details about recommendations for the Best Candidates and Similar Candidates features.

Also, a single user account can have 10 times more packages than before, which prevents customers to create false user accounts to support all their packages.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

New Candidate Tracking Real Time Subject Area

You can now create reports to see which job requisitions your external candidates are viewing and are applying to.

A new subject area named Recruiting - Candidate Tracking Real Time is available. With this new subject area, you can create reports that show the number of job searches by external candidates, the job requisitions that were viewed by external candidates, and the jobs to which external candidates applied to. The number of clicks per years are counted.

You can also view the volume of candidate tracked activities for each job requisition posted on an external career site and review those activities on a time scale.

While all the pertinent information from the job requisition dimension is exposed in a similar way compared to the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area, there are specific folders for facts and candidate tracking activities. The structure is as follow:

  • Time standard dimension
  • Job Requisition. The content is similar to the Recruiting Real Time subject area, minus some non-relevant folders such as internal questionnaire.
  • Candidate Tracking Activity
    • Action
    • Entity
    • Entry ID
    • Search Keywords
    • Job Requisition ID
  • Facts - Candidate Tracking Activity
    • Number of Activities (Total)
    • Number of Searches
    • Number of Views
    • Number of Applies
    • Number of Submits

With the new Recruiting - Candidate Tracking Real Time subject area, you can find out if you generated the expected traffic for a new campaign or what are the preferred keywords used in searches.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

All clicks are counted but it doesn't mean that the action was successful. As an example, a candidate might apply to a job more than once.

Before the identity of a candidate is confirmed by their email, activities are recorded anonymously based on the browser and operating system. Once the email is recognized, previous anonymous search entries are associated with the account. Note that a shared computer might not tie the search activities to the right candidate. Once a candidate applies to a job, it's always tied to a recognized user. Only the search queries on a shared computer might not be associated to the right external candidate. For this reason, the candidate folder isn't exposed in the subject area. You can still join to the Recruiting Real Time subject area to get some candidate information, but it will be valid only for the apply and submit actions.

Also note that if you're using the Purge Processed Internal Recruiting Data scheduled process, it won't have data older than 180 days available for reporting.

Role And Privileges

A new duty role has been introduced to gain access to the new Recruiting - Candidate Tracking Real Time subject area. This duty role is granted to the Recruiting Manager role.

  • Recruiting Candidate Tracking Analysis (ORA_FBI_RECRUITING_CANDIDATE_TRACKING_ANALYSIS_DUTY)

Additional Great Britain Diversity DDF Attributes at Job Application Level

You can now create reports using new diversity developer descriptive flexfield (DDF) attributes associated with Great Britain. You can find the new values under Job Application - Legislative Information:

  • National Identity
  • Candidate Age Band
  • Caring Responsibilities

With this enhancement, you can report on all developer descriptive flexfields (DDF) captured at the job application level when candidates apply for a job.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Context Exposed Everywhere in Recruiting Subject Area

You can create reports using contexts that are now exposed everywhere they’re available in the Recruiting - Setup Details Real Time subject area and the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area.

While adjusting the database approach to manage the various contexts used for diverse recruiting entities, we also took the opportunity to expose Candidate Type and Recruiting Organization under the Candidate Pool - Context folder of the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area.

With this enhancement, you can create reports using all context values that are available everywhere.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Dates Added to Recruiting Events Subject Area

You can now create reports using dates that are available in the Recruiting Events subject area. Dates are now available in both the Recruiting Real Time subject area and the Recruiting Events Real Time subject area.

Here are the entries:

  • Job Requisition - Dates
    • Approved Date

    • Filled Date

    • External First Posted Date

    • Internal First Posted Date

  • Job Requisition - Progression

    • Suspended Duration

  • Job Offer - Basic Information

    • Drafted Date

    • Latest Extended Date

    • Latest Withdrawn or Rejected Date

    • Latest Accepted Date

    • Approved Date

    • Move to HR

With this enhancement, you can create reports more efficiently. The number of joins between subject areas is reduced.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Work Requirements Available in the Recruiting Events Real Time Subject Area

You can now create reports using work requirements that are available in the job requisition dimension of the Recruiting Events Real Time subject area.

The Job Requisition - Work Requirements folder in the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area has been enhanced. The Job Requisition - Work Requirements folder was also added to the Recruiting - Recruiting Events Real Time subject area.

Here are the available fields in both subject areas:

  • International Travel Required
  • Minimum Pay
  • Travel Required
  • Willing to Relocate
  • Work Days
  • Work Duration Months
  • Work Duration Years

With this enhancement, you can use all the values in the Work Requirements folder to create reports. It also reduces the need to join the Recruiting Real Time subject area with the Recruiting Events Real Time subject area.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
