Being an Oracle partner for many years, Contribute had different styles of development in his portfolio:

Contribute uses JET technology at customers who wants to build UI on top of REST services or are looking for a very agile development with Oracle technologies. Oracle JET allows our customers to build quickly fantastic UI's, without being linked to a vendor. It is all about HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
