The foundation stone for the success of virtual7 was already laid in November 1996 with the foundation of the web solutions GbR by Jochen Rieg and Marcus Weiss. Since we changed our name to virtual7 GmbH in 2000, the company has focused on a clear specialization in Oracle technologies. The constant expansion of technical portfolios around Oracle products and neighboring technologies and sys- tems results in a growth in projects, customers as well as our team. Today, we supervise projects in the Oracle fi eld in various disciplines with 80 experts across Europe. virtual7 stands for highest quality standards, first-class technical know-how and goal-oriented project management. Our work method is tested, effi cient and has only one goal: the successful implementation of your project. How virtual7 Uses Oracle JET
virtual7 uses Oracle JET to enhance and modernize application UIs and thereby introduce a lightweight alternative frontend for business applications. We use Oracle JET in our internal business applications as well as facilitating from the mobile possibilities that the toolkit offers. Small and appealing mobile optimized websites and applications are done with Oracle JET. Also customers profit from the toolkit – we introduce Oracle JET with customers that either have issues with UI performance or change their focus to a more microservice or RESTfull approach. Through the internal and the customer work Oracle JET has grown to be a standard technology for virtual7 that is highly accepted.
Oracle JET enables you to rapidly create beautiful and responsive client technology fitting into this fast changing microservice oriented world. In addition to this Oracle paves the way to use JavaScript technology in enterprise environments without being forced to permanently maintain the underlying framework on your own.
