Header/Footer Style

• Style: Restricted Mono Color.
• Color: All header and footer icons should be Alta blue.
• Container: Containers around the icons are not to be used.
• Position: Placed vertically centered in the header or footer.
• State: Header and Footer icons do not provide multiple states. A Command Button of a normal type maybe used to display enabled,pressed and disables states if needed.
• Stroke: No stroke applied.
